Aims and Objectives

The primary aim and objective is for all practice staff to assist with the implementation of all CQC guidelines and the impact that these have on the day to day activity within the practice. The key target is to achieve measurable outcomes from adherence to these guidelines via the effect on staff activity in order to satisfy these standards.

Parishes Bridge Medical Practice  is located in the Health Centre, Madeira Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6DH

Regulated activities under CQC

Parishes Bridge Practice provides services that come under specific regulated activities of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. These services include:

 

Treatment of disease, disorder or injury.

Surgical procedures

Diagnostic and screening procedures

Maternity and midwifery services

Family planning services

The practice provides NHS General Medical Services in an NHS GP practice under a GMS contract. We provide services to the whole population.
