Appointments

Urgent Appointments

If you need to be seen on the day we will be offering urgent on-the-day telephone triage appointments. Call reception on 01932 336933. The practice telephone lines open at 08:30am, we recommend you call as close to 8:30am as possible. Please be aware you will be booked for a telephone appointment with the GP, and if clinically required be offered a face to face appointment later the same day by the GP.

Routine Appointments

Please book in person at reception or by telephone on 01932 336933. Lines are open between 08:30 - 18:30 Monday to Friday - if you require a non-urgent appointment we ask if you could call after 11am to avoid the busy telephone period.

Appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance for GPs and Nurses. If the Doctor or Nurse asks to see you again please book as you leave the surgery (or as soon as possible after). We endeavour to book your doctor of choice but if this is not possible we will offer an alternative doctor.

Extended opening hours for routine pre-bookable appointments are available early morning Monday and Friday between 07:00-08:00.

Routine Telephone Appointments

If you wish to have a discussion with the doctor and feel it can be done over the telephone, then please contact reception to organise a telephone consultation. Like routine appointments, these can be booked up to six weeks in advance for the GPs and Nurses.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
